Payments & Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of service or as outlined in your specific treatment plan. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum notice period (as specified during booking) to avoid forfeiture of deposits or administrative fees. Payment Requirements
Payment is required in full at the time of booking for all telehealth consultations, medical weight management, IV hydration, and injectable vitamin services. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards where applicable. All prescription eligibility is determined solely by the provider.
Cancellation Policy
To provide high-quality care, we require a minimum 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation deposit.
Refund Terms
Consultations are non-refundable. Medications and wellness supplies are customized per patient; therefore, once a prescription is fulfilled or supplies are shipped, no refunds can be issued. Glow Concierge does not guarantee medical outcomes as results vary per individual.
